Privacy
Panfoto LLC uses information that you supply only to fulfill your request for products and services, or to contact you. Panfoto LLC does not rent, sell, or share your information with any other people or companies.
Returns
All photos have a 45 day money-back guarantee. If for any reason you wish to return an item we will credit your original purchase price in full less shipping/handling. We will not cover the return shipping. We may ask why you are returning it so we can improve our future services and products.
Delivery
All photos will be delivered 6-8 weeks after you place your order or after the photo is/was taken, whichever comes last. If you are placing your order before the photo date it is considered a "pre-order". Please be advised that pre-orders might be charged before the photo is taken. If for some reason the photo was not taken you would be credited. If you or your child was not present for the photo session we would also issue a credit upon your request.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping and handling for unframed and laminated photographs is $4.00 per order, regardless of quantity. For framed photographs shipping is $17.00 per frame. If you order both framed and unframed or laminated photographs you will only be charged $17.00. Shipping of framed photographs to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, APO and FPO is $25.
International shipping is $10.00 and is only for unframed and laminated photographs.
Charge Timing
Due to new banking policies all orders will be charged within 7 days of ordering, even if the photograph has not been taken. Our website security will only allow the item to stay on the server for a limited time before being automatically deleted. Some banks only allow 7 days between the time of your order and the actual processing or they (your bank) might automatically decline the order.
